Why does my output look different from the original?
The result depends on the tool, format, and settings. Compression, conversion, resizing, transcription, and AI processing can change quality, layout, colour, timing, metadata, or content. A smaller file often means some detail was removed.
Review the finished output before sharing or relying on it. If the tool offers a quality, resolution, or format setting, try a higher-quality option and compare results. Keep your source file and a backup so you can run the task again with different settings.
